Delivery

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. It may happen that the delivery time of products differs. This is because we work with products that are in stock, and products that can be pre-ordered before they are produced. We understand that this can sometimes be confusing, which is why we would like to explain how our shipping works:

I have placed an order with in-stock products:

If the products in your order are in stock and you place an order before 5:00 pm, your order will be shipped within two business days.

I have placed an order with pre-order products:

If the products in your order are a pre-order, you will receive your order within 4 to 5 weeks. With a pre-order, you are ordering a product before it is produced. The biggest advantage? We can offer you the product at a reduced rate.

I have placed an order with both in-stock and pre-order products:

If you have placed an order where, for example, one item is a pre-order and one item is in stock, we can send you the in-stock item. However, we would like to contact you to determine the delivery time.

Shipping

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Once the order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive another message with a Track & Trace code from PostNL.

Shipping and handling costs

Shipping and handling costs for orders in the Netherlands under € 150,- are € 6,50.
Free shipping for orders over € 150,-.

Shipping and handling costs for orders in France, Belgium, and Germany under € 150,- are € 9,95.
Free shipping for orders over € 150,-.

Returns

Is the product you ordered not to your liking? That's too bad! We would like to hear why the product is not to your liking. Contact us to exchange the product. Of course, a credit on your order is also possible. If you have chosen for a credit, we will reimburse all payments, free of charge within 14 days following the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. If you return your entire order, the shipping costs calculated with the order will be canceled. The return costs are at your own expense.
